Whether you visiting from out of town or need a place to gather with friends/family for the weekend, we are centrally located in Augusta (6 miles from Augusta National) and can comfortably accommodate parties as few as 2-3, up to 7 or any combination in between. Extra guest fees (>5) negotiable when booking for more than 1 night. Please note for stays beyond 21 days and additional $125 cleaning fee will apply to account for a need to deep clean. Inside, you’ll find open living spaces, cozy furnishings, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime easy, and the indoor game space offers fun for all ages. Step outside to the patio, where you can unwind and gather around the outdoor firepit—perfect for enjoying quiet evenings under the stars. This home features 3 bedrooms (a queen, full, and twin beds) and TVs with full motion mounts, a dedicated office space/sitting room with day bed for those who want to work or read in the natural light. The indoor game space features a card table for playing cards, board games or puzzles, large scale connect 4, basketball shooting, and more. While the office and game room are not centrally heated, each are equipped with Infrared electrical fireplace stove heaters that provide comfort and ambience with heat and led flame modes.
